To provide accredited training to comply with the NSW Food Authority’s requirements for Food Safety Supervisors. Combined Safe Food Handling Level 1 and Level 2 course.

On successful completion of this course participants will have an understanding of:
- hygiene procedures
- hygiene hazards
- reportable personal health issues
- cross contamination
- hand washing
- food contamination
- other contamination procedures for food safety, storing food safely preparing food safely, providing safe single use items, maintaining a clean environment and disposing of food safely.
